HOW DOES THE $50 GIFT CARD PROMOTION WORK?

For every $250 you spend on Butcher Shop purchases through Sunday, July 6, you’ll earn a $50 Word of Mouth digital gift card.

You can accumulate multiple orders to reach qualifying spend — for example, spending $500 across several transactions earns you a $100 gift card.

Gift cards will be issued digitally the week of July 7 and sent to the email address used at checkout.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 4TH OF JULY GRILLING FEAST PACKAGE?

The 4th of July Grilling Feast includes:

  • Premium steaks (filet, ribeye, NY strip & more)

  • Prepared sides that serve 4 (corn, beans, au gratin, asparagus, cucumber & tomato salad)

  • Georgia Peach Cobbler for dessert

You’ll select your steak cuts and sides when ordering. Each item is individually priced.

FOR HOW LONG IS THE 4TH OF JULY GRILLING FEAST AVAILABLE?

Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup is available: July 3 through July 6, starting at 2 PM each day

CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR SUBSTITUTE ITEMS IN THE 4TH OF JULY GRILLING FEAST?

At this time, we are not able to accommodate substitutions within the Grilling Feast.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

All Butcher Shop orders require 24 hours’ notice so our team can prepare your cuts and sides with care.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You’ll choose your pick up date at checkout. Pickup is available during Arnette’s regular business hours, starting at 2 PM on your selected date.

WHAT COMES WITH A STANDARD BUTCHER SHOP ORDER?

You may order steaks individually or select from seasonal packages when available. Steaks are packaged raw and ready for grilling; sides and desserts (when included) are fully prepared and packaged for easy reheating.

ARE THE STEAKS COOKED OR RAW?

All steaks are raw and ready for your grill. Each is hand-cut and packaged for freshness and easy at-home preparation.

DO THE SIDES COME HOT OR COLD?

Sides are prepared and chilled, ready for you to reheat at home. Reheating instructions will be included with your order.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS?

We’re happy to advise on ingredients, but we do not offer modifications to Butcher Shop items at this time.

CAN I USE GIFT CARDS ON BUTCHER SHOP PURCHASES?

Unfortunately, gift cards may not be redeemed toward Butcher Shop orders at this time. We are working on this capability and will add it as soon as we are able.
